“The Palm Beach Symphony would like to express our deepest gratitude to the team at 1000 NORTH. Throughout our partnership, we have been able to accomplish so much as a team.

The fine institute of 1000 NORTH has been instrumental in Palm Beach Symphony events such as the Inaugural Golden Baton Society Dinner on May 24, 2021, as well as private major donor dinners that took place throughout the year. I was very pleased with the quality of the staff and food that was served to our major donors. Thank you so much for creating an amazing team and institute capable of hosting a sophisticated society dinner. 1000 NORTH was key in showing our appreciation to our generous donors, and I know that everyone who attended enjoyed the atmosphere and food.

I will wholeheartedly continue to praise 1000 NORTH, and I look forward to the goals we will achieve as this corporate partnership evolves.”

“We started our great night at 6:50 p.m. to celebrate my son’s engagement. We arrived early and were greeted by Fernando the manager. It was hot and humid, but we enjoyed the outdoor seating under shelter with air conditioners that created the perfect atmosphere. AnnaLee was our waitress and Preston was the server assistant. Both were remarkable and did an outstanding job making the night special.

AnnaLee had the menu down to memory, and when asked what she suggested, gave us a breakdown of five starters of which we agreed sounded amazing: tuna poke, steak tartare, octopus, smoked oysters, and lobster mac and cheese. They recommended the hay-roasted oysters, which we ordered and were fantastic. AnnaLee then prepared a bottle of champagne on ice for our toast. After that, we switched up drinks and had four dirty Gray Goose martinis, along with one of the Fire and Ice jalapeño martinis.

After an hour and a half of starters and drinks, we went on to the main course. Shirlee and I shared the 39-ounce Tomahawk steak with roasted Brussels sprouts as a side. My son and his fiancé had the yellowtail snapper over salad. My other son had the 12-ounce New York strip steak. All was prepared fantastically and came out hot.

We finished the night with a “Shot in the Dark,” a chocolate martini that puts you in heaven and is equal to a dessert. Wow, what a fantastic night! My wife and I travel the world for work and have eaten at some of the best restaurants in the world. This was by far one of, if not the best dinners and service that we have had in our lifetime.

AnnaLee, Preston, George, and Fernando made the night special with their expertise and fantastic service. Thank you 1000 NORTH for the excellent night. We highly recommend the restaurant.”

“The staff is friendly and the food is delicious, and every entree is superbly prepared by the Executive Chef before it leaves the open kitchen. They offer a good variety of specialty cocktails and the wine list is extensive. If you’re looking for a unique dining experience, you won’t be disappointed at 1000 NORTH.”

“Everything I’ve ever ordered is delicious here. A beautiful setting, wonderful food. Yum! The Covid protocols are the safest I’ve seen anywhere. Immaculate. How can a place be so perfect?! Can I live there, please?”

“Always excellent service and food. If you want to go somewhere and be treated exceptionally, this is the place to go. Great bar scene and the drinks are fabulous. Definitely recommend!”

“Incredible! The most extensive wine list I have ever seen…the sommelier was very friendly and genuinely helpful in recommending taste profiles we were seeking within a ‘reasonable’ price point. You will definitely pay for the experience, but it is indeed an experience…if you’re in the area and seeking incredible cocktails, an amazing wine list, and food layered with love and attention to detail…this place is as good as it gets!”

“I’m very happy to share that my experience at 1000 NORTH was one of the best. Temperature was taken before entering inside, with all staff wearing masks and sanitizer at every table, along with distanced tables. My boyfriend and I were there for our anniversary, and they happily surprised us with a lovely dessert – on the house. The waitress and staff were very attentive and kind, and the food was delivered to our table in no time. Best food I’ve had in a very long time, and I will definitely be returning!”

“It is clearly still possible to have a luxurious dining experience while following COVID SAFTEY protocol! The team followed strict policy from valet arrival to departure! We were celebrating a birthday and they made it a special event for us! Our server, Amanda, was on point – attending to our requests and making sure everything was perfect. Attentive but not overbearing. Loved the education from sommelier Tony (aka Steve – LOL)! Thoroughly enjoyed meeting Chef Jason of the culinary team, so we could all thank him for our favorite selections. The scallops were large and tasty, the filet mignon always flavorful and at the proper temperature. The Sea Bass special was delightful. The pastry chef tempted our palates with amazing selections that were a sinful addition. Thank you to Claudia for making sure every detail went off without a hitch! Classy joint!”

“They brought Palm Beach to Jupiter! Excellent food, tasty oyster hay, juicy ribeye, authentic crabcake, and huge desserts. Add to that an attentive service, elegant décor, plus an extensive wine list, and you have a ‘Must-Go’ restaurant in Jupiter.”

“I have worked in many restaurants over the years from Ritz-Carlton properties to Michelin Star restaurants, and international openings across four different countries for The Cheesecake Factory. My father had front-row, on-the-floor season tickets to the Bulls during ALL of the Michael Jordan years. I was fortunate to see them win the championship at home. My father was a passionate Bulls fan and, more importantly, respected MJ like no other. He was not well after relocating to Florida, but if things had been different, this would have been his spot.

“He passed away this week and to celebrate his life, my mother, sister, and myself dined in your restaurant Thursday evening. I have to tell you the entire service was amazing. I wish I knew the name of our server. She was perfectly attentive. Not intrusive, knew when to check in with us, knew the menu very well, and was able to make recommendations for dishes and glasses of wine. We were seated near the wine “cellar,” which was impressive. My father, who had his own wine cellar and honestly dreamed of outfitting his home with a similar setup, would have been impressed. The sommelier (also wish I knew his name) noticed us checking it out and came by to show me the wine list and answer some of my questions. He was knowledgeable and gracious.

“The food…WOW! I have dined in some amazing restaurants throughout the world, and what I enjoyed most about this menu was that your culinary team did not miss a single beat. Every item was cooked and seasoned perfectly, the flavors were clear, the presentation and timing were on the money. My sister was full (thanks to the amazing bread with the salted top) and pushed back her crabcake. Your team noted her not eating and made a point of doing a table visit to ensure she was enjoying her meal. Which she did, one hundred percent. But your team noticed her body language as a possible concern and impacted our experience in a positive way, which was perfect.

“At the end, with no prompting at all, your team presented us with a chocolate cake and some port to make up for my sister not eating her dish. What they didn’t know was that chocolate cake was my father’s favorite and port was something he adored. It made our night, and we felt he was with us in some small way. It was also possibly the best chocolate cake I’ve ever had, so please tell your pastry chef.

“In short: Our experience in your restaurant put a cap on a very tragic week for my family. I can’t thank your team enough. As a hospitality person also working during this pandemic, I have to give extra thanks. Even adjusting to the new normal, your team did not miss a beat. Outstanding!”
